I found a flight on Expedia a few month ago that was $30 cheaper than Co.com. When I called CO to incquire about the low fare guarantee they told me I had to book the flight on Expedia, fax them them a copy of the ticket and they would assess if this would qualify. However, they reminded me I would only earn 50% EQMs so I ended up booking through Co.com.
