I didn't get time to comb through the page you linked, but this sounds an AWFUL lot like those ebay "scams" (my opinion) where you get FREE AIRLINE TICKETS ANYWHERIEN THE WORLD! for like 10$ you get a voucher, then you pay another 30$ to "register" the voucher w/ a travel agent that the seller has you required to use, then you have to buy hotel nights at some horribly inflated rates (often double or triple the normal rack rate).
This is what it looks like to me, but read that "fine print" terms & conditions box at the bottom VERY CAREFULLY.
If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!
