Well, you could just call SQ res and ask if there is anything special they can do for your friend... and do tell them that she travels on SQ quite regularly too ! It may help a bit.

I don't think you can request specifically what to give her.. it is up to SQ. And you can't buy something for her either - something I know that VS does.

SQ used to be quite good at offering such special requests. I don't know about now though.
