Well, I think it may be worth the money.

But OC needs to try something new right now and implement the hub and spoke model completely -- they should implement a subway type of system with their existing fleet -- put all the accordion buses on the transitway doing 95/97 runs and then use the regular buses to supplement the 95/97 service and use them to feed to the communities. This would be a good test to see if they can get a subway like system working.

If this trial fails, the train could fail as well.
