Ask for a Madras then: 2 shots vodka on ice, 2 shots orange juice, 1 shot cranberry poured over the back of a spoon (for a layered effect) and a twist or squeeze of lime. Adjust measures to taste, and don't worry about spoon from the second drink onwards.
