Hah, reading this made me laugh.. I feel really bad for your situation... I recently had about 6000$ charged in Dell Computers Mobile phones and payments for mobile phone bills and electric bills!!! So of course the perp can be looked up. Well Bank said same as yours! I called the companies and they said that they will ship the merchandise and take the loss! I remember a while back a fraudster did order pizza to his place. I talked to the pizza parlour and they had his name address phone etc, and the man had used various credit cards which later collected the money back from the pizza place. and I called poice and Secret service, and they basicaly said they don't have time to do anything! This really sucks! Well I might as well start stealing credit cards and fly first class and stay at nice hotels!!! J/K I hope all works out for you.. I would like to go to MIA with a sign waiting for the guy and have a nice suprise waiting for him in the back of a limo....
