I certainly agree that it is not worth paying J fare to have the cars, but I am curious why a typical passenger would not use a car to and from both airports if it were provided?
One might be connecting to a domestic carrier, or some people have company cars or client arranged cars for pickup. Sometimes there are restrictions on how far the airline arranged limo can go.
