MCT is 30 mins (I think) at VIE, so the connections should be valid.

Not sure when you're flying, but snow has been a problem before at VIE causing delays.

I have had short connections at VIE before and have always made it.
Some people here complain the baggage handling might be a bit slow leaving luggage behind in VIE during short connections, but that has never been a problem to me either.

The good thing about your first transfer is that it's non-Schengen -> non-Schengen which means you don't have to pass passport control and walking distances should be short (but the WAW flight will most likely use a remote stand so you'll be bussed there).

Not sure where you arrive from during your second transfer, but connecting between two Schengen flights or two non-Schengen flights always make the transfers easier and quicker.
