Even the section on passports not being checked?
Before some start thinking that checking passports at the gate is as effective as putting all terrorists to death at birth, let us remember that this is done by Ryanair primarily as a revenue-management exercise to stop people giving cheap tickets to others, nothing to do with security. British Airways, and many other European carriers, do not check photo-ids at all on domestic flights as it is not common in Europe to have photo-id other than passports, and those are not necessary for domestic travel. In fact it caused upsets when Ryanair started asking passengers to have this. I travelled on Monday London to Edinburgh and, as always, we were not asked to show photo-id at all. The aircraft amazingly survived the trip.

Ryanair operates entiely within the EU, rather like a network of US domestic flights.

Or the section where the FA's were asleep?
On many major international carriers the FAs can "vanish" for long periods. They have gone to their own sleeping quarters provided for the purpose. Not most/all meant to go at once but there are plenty of FT posts about this happening. Ryanair of course do not have such facilities for the staff on their aircraft.
