I'll take a DC9 over a CRJ or even an ERJ any day. 16 F seats, quiet ride, and the thing is built like a tank. Despite what someone said earlier, I've always been under the impression that these planes are very reliable (if they weren't, would NW consider them to be worth expense of keeping them in the air?).

An F seat on an old plane is better than a Y seat on a new plane.
