Anyone issued RTW tickets in Japan recently?
I am thinking about starting a DONE3 from Japan. I'd like to save the $1000 and start in CMB, but it is just too awkward for me to get to, and business takes me to Japan all the time.

Japan seems a fair balance of convenience and price.

Has anyone (good) experience with getting a RTW issued in Japan? Can you point me in the direction of who to deal with - one of the airlines' sales offices? A travel agent?
