CO does NOT give free booze on ANY intercontinental flights. UA gives free booze on ALL flights to/from Asia and within Asia.

You're view of UA as a no-frills airline is simply incorrect. In fact, if you read about them in the press, you'll see that they are the one legacy airline that's trying to differentiate themselves as a "high-frills" carrier. See, for instance, p.s., exPlus, E+, domestic First Class service, etc...
