After reading this thread, I had checked with The Travel Insider to see if they could unlock my phone. No dice. I will be arriving at LHR and transitting to Gatwick to meet my friend. Is there an easy place at either of the airports to pick up the 19.99 pound phone deal? We will be headed out to the Kent area for the first week, so am not sure I can easily find it out in that area.
