I must have gotten unlucky then. On my last two flights, I certainly had pretty bad, i.e. D/D- rating cabin crews, with the exemption of one outstanding one.

The female cabin crew was caring and uttermost professional, but the two male cabin crew members (including the In-flight Manager) were rude, disinterested, and seemed to hate their jobs.

All of them were by far the worst, most unprofessional cabin crew members I have had on any Asian carrier. They had a very unpleasant appearance and their uniforms had several stains since we boarded the aircraft. They never smiled, and when I asked about my pre-ordered meal, the In-flight Manager simply said "Sorry, not loaded onto the flight, nothing I can do." Of course I reported their behavior, they are really giving Thai a bad name. A very nice German woman sitting near me even commented "I should have flown Lufthansa." I must confess that on that particular day, I too, wished I would have taken a LH flight instead.
