Eligibility: This Sweepstakes (the "Cirque Du Soleil Las Vegas Flyaway" Sweepstakes) is open and offered only to legal U.S. residents, who were 21 years of age and older on 2/09/06.

To Enter: 3 Ways to enter. Only one entry per person/email address is permitted, regardless of method of entry. To enter instore, simply fill out an entry blank at your local Tower store. To enter by mail, send hand-printed entry form or 3"x5" card (including Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Area Code, Phone, and E-mail address) to "Cirque du Soleil Las Vegas Flyaway" 2500 Del Monte Street, West Sacramento, CA 95691. Entries must be postmarked by March 1, 2006, and received by March 8 No mechanical reproductions of entry forms allowed. MTS, Inc. assumes no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage due entries or mail. All entries become the property of MTS, Inc. and will not be returned. By submitting a mail-in entry, you agree to allow Sponsor to send you promotional materials unless you opt-out by including the words "do not mail" on the entry. Your information will not be shared with any third party. You may request to be removed from Sponsor's mailing list at anytime. To enter online, complete and submit the official Web page entry form located at www.tower.com. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PST) on February 9, 2006. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. PST on March 1, 2006. Sponsor's computer will be the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Any other attempt at e-mail or Internet entry is void.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Participants may not enter with multiple email addresses, nor may participants use any other means to enter multiple times, and any entrant who does so, or otherwise attempts to enter multiple times will be disqualified.

Grand Prize (2): Each Grand Prize will consist of roundtrip airfare for two to Las Vegas, a two-night stay at the MGM Grand, limo transportation to and from the airport, dinner for two at an MGM Grand restaurant, two MGM Grand spa passes, VIP entry to MGM Grand nightclubs, two tickets to Cirque du Soleil's KĄ, backstage tour and photo with cast, and a KĄ merchandise gift bag.
