Thank you... it's just that VS has priced their fares in such a way, that only origination cities ie LHR get the J booking codes. If connecting in from another city, there is no J fare and one may only book in "Z" even though the fare basis is still J. Thereby offering full flexility but no limousine services and limited availability.
