Slightly off topic....my wife and I recently flew EWR to HNL in BF. My in-laws were on the same flight but in Y. While we never contemplated switching seats, during the flight my wife was casually joking with the F/A how her parents were stuck in the back and we were living large up front, etc., etc. A few minutes later the F/A came back with 2 extra sundaes (unsolicited I would add) for us to take back to her parents. This was a very nice gesture, one that we all certainly appreciated.
