Well, certainly not in the sense that there is a front cabin on the airplane with wider, better positioned seats where the houris will wine and dine you.

Maybe in the sense that Delta can get you to spend extra money?

You see, upgrade can mean different things in different circumstances.

In this case, it means "bend over farther".

[edited to add: this is not meant to mock you. Some of us have advocated for a long time that a small front cabin be added to CRJ aircraft. The numbers crunchers at Delta don't think it will make them any more (or even the same amount, I guess) money... too bad]
