Well, for a $10K ticket that 90% of its front cabin customers will be paying, LH can well afford to have fresh squeezed orange juice. However, when the majority of AC's J customers have likely paid under $1,000 for their front cabin seats, and used elite upgrades, this is something AC cannot afford to offer. The premium between F and even J and Y covers these "extravagences" that front cabin travelers expect. Until AC has completely revamped its front cabin, and the vast majority of customers are actually paying $5K to cross the Atlantic in those new seats, even fresh squeezed OJ is more than the bottom line can justify. (And the return from F-paying customers more than makes up for the extras offered in that cabin, something AC will likely never be able to experience.)
