I'm flying into NRT next month on MH from Kuala Lumpur - connecting to NW. Should be in NRT for about eight hours. Would it be reasonable to go into Narita in that amount of time? How would one get there? Is there then going to be an airport tax to pay - or do you have to stay in Japan for 24 hours before needing to pay the tax?
