Mastercard ran a targetted promo last year that gave some EQM for a sign up bonus for their World Master Card. I think it was 2500 EQM.
It was 3000 EQM and I enrolled and received the miles shortly thereafter. No guarantees they will run it again or wheter you'll be targeted.
