A couple black olives, a chocolate square and tostitas with salsa.

Then, a yummy salad - romaine, mushrooms, tomatoes, stuffed olives, carrots, red bell pepper, scallions with prepared organic Caesar dressing (not like the real thing, but pretty good anyway).

Then red lentils and rice with boiled egg, topped with sliced jalapenos, side of yogurt.

And a glass of chardonnay - Francia from a box. (decent, which is a surprise).

But the best is dessert:

A couple of these really, really tender, sweet, huge Medjool dates from a carton of them which I bought at the supermarket (sacrilege, I know ) the other day - OMG, they are just soooo good!! Not cheap, but worth every penny.
