Thanks for the info, i leave CO cause i think that they became somewhat of arrogant... The service is worse than before and the price even up.. The recent changes made them just to the level of other for upgrade... Moreover i just relocated to Tampa which is close to Atlanta, so i won't have to fly to EWR for connecting.. i usually fly one transatlantic per month... so this wasted time is important for me.
