The Plaza Premium Lounge next to the SQ lounge in KUL has a business centre. I know you can get in through Priority Pass (I went in there after I saw how dismal the SQ lounge in KUL was) or pay RM75.

It has a business centre. I think they have a printer there but best check first as you never know if the printer is working or not.
