High speed internet access was included at no extra charge. The staff were absolutely perfect. When we found that we needed a Cannon battery, the club lounge receptionist jumped online, found us the best price in Warsaw, and went out of her way to give us a detailed tram routing so that we wouldn't have the extra expense of a taxi. We did use the hotel's Mercedes taxis for sightseeing, though.
