I was just at the Helmsley Park Lane as well.
Absolutely NO benefits. The guy looked at my card and said "we don't participate in this program..." By the way- this hotel is simply brutal. A three star option at best- and I give it 3.5 of those stars for the awesome central park view (and negative half a star for only one elevator working out of six in a 46 story tower...at least the security let us use the staff one!) Brutal Hotel....Brutal!
