Actually, I don't know - I am not a food critic, I just like good food .. it's just what I think about the food I had there (when it still was a 3-star).
I have had better food .. and I question the (3) 2-stars for Au Crocodile.
Don't get me wrong, I wish Emile Jung, the chef, all the best and plenty of stars .... Au Crocodile is just not for me (next time I am in Strasbourg)
