I didn't personally love Taillevant - found them arrogant. However, food was quite good. Pierre Gagnaire is probably the best meal I have ever had, along with Troigros.
Tried Buerhiesel - very good, but not astounding. Not my favorite Michelin 3 starred place.
Also, anybody have any idea why Lameloise lost its third star? It was excellent last time I was there.
Edited to add: L'Arnsbourg, near Strasbourg is one of the best meals I have ever had. Kind of like Gagnaire but more adventurous. They do lots of the little "taste" things too.
