we stayed at the Sheraton and found it absolutely fantastic -- a model for what a Sheraton hotel should be. We were upgraded to a huge suite (SPG Platinum) on the club floor. High speed internet access was included at no extra charge. The staff were absolutely perfect. When we found that we needed a Cannon battery, the club lounge receptionist jumped online, found us the best price in Warsaw, and went out of her way to give us a detailed tram routing so that we wouldn't have the extra expense of a taxi. We did use the hotel's Mercedes taxis for sightseeing, though.
