There is a lounge in the terminal building. The sign on the door states that "first class passengers flying on participating airlines" may access the lounge. Unfortunately, it seems that of the 10 airlines or so that use this terminal building, only Air Canada (and Westjet) do not have access to this lounge for their passengers.
