That wouldn't make business sense would it?
No; with the current SAS administration cutting costs and services to increase the margins, forgetting that they might lose customers to the competition (DY on DOM NO, everybody on INT), it certainly wouldn't make any sense. It would cost something, and costs are to be avoided, even if they were to increase revenue. Any investments that might by any chance improve services for the passengers need in any case to be postponed to cover the losses after the strikes.
However: getting lounge access on DOM NO would be sensible, as many frequent flyers would choose SK on INT to get lounge access on DOM NO. EBGs don't get many benefits on DOM NO today, and might just as well choose fellow LCC DY domestically. If EBGs got domestic lounge access, SKBU would probably lure quite a number of high-fare flyers away from Norwegian. But spending money to acquire customers would be totally contrary to current business policy at FBU. Bjørn Kjos is rejoycing, counting HIS money all the way to the bank!
