I am flying into JFK for the first time (usually just take the Acela from Boston), and had a quick question. I am flying out of JFK on Song, and I noticed that Song flies out of a different terminal than the CR club is located in.

Is it feasable to use the CR club? Would I have to get rescreened between terminals?

Also, how long does it usually take for the Plastic CR card to arrive in the mail?
