I'm sorry, but I clicked on the link and saw a very short article on someone getting arrested for rape where no accusation of rape was made. I also didn't see any mention of public sex. ???

From the short article I surmised that 2 men had sex and were given certain "sentences".

The "sentences" certainly seemed not only homophobic but just plain unfounded.

(I have not followed the postings of any particular FTer.)

I'd love some clarification.
