I think it depends on the actual hotel. I found that the RC G'Town had the absolute best bed I ever slept on. I was at the RC STL yesterday, though, and found their mattress comfortable, but no better than a FS (which I don't find firm enough). The hotels really don't have a total standard making each bed identical.
