Ok, have just upgraded from the normal BA Amex to the Premium Plus card... new cards have just come through and been activated. I notice that the cards have new numbers (not the same as the old card numbers). Does this mean that we need a new pin for the new cards?
Also, don't suppose I get the 5k miles "sign up" bonus for changing to a PP card?

My PIN remained the same when I upgraded my card so yours should to - just take it to cashpoint and try it rather than face any potential embarassment by using it at a retailer
YES you should get the 5k sign up miles - I had to chase mine up but they posted- being firm yet polite helped.
I always think that if you don't ask you don't get.
