Yes and No. It depends on how you value RCC access. The RCC add-on allows access only on a UA ticket; however, as an elite the cost is $80 cheaper for the US Club with UA add-on vs. an RCC membership (if you have no status on UA). Quite honestly if you are only in an airport with an RCC only a few times per year the cost might not be justified. Sure it would be nice if one membership with US would have full access, but what would the cost be? And, with the $50 discount they were offering in the LAX Club in January the cost differential was actually $130 less for US v. RCC.
