I would say NOWHERE given the nasty report I saw on Fox 5 regarding the rat infestation in ATL due to all of the grating going on for the new runway. One of my co-workers & his family experienced terrible food poisoning after eating at some of the restaurants in the Atrium. Fox 5 contacted him for an interview. The segment that aired (I can't find a link) highlighted a girl that worked there that was bitten by a rat hiding in the chicken at Popeye's - YUCK!!!! Yes, she was fired after she blew the whistle...
But Hartsfield-Jackson has recognized a "rat problem"...
