I tried that promo code and apparently wasn't targeted.

I've never picked up tickets solely for another individual at a QuikTrak, only for other pax on my own reservations. I'm not sure if you could book a ticket over the phone or online and have someone else pick it up with their own credit card by entering the reservation number on QuikTrak when prompted. I'm definitely still fuzzy on how authentication would work in a case like that.
