I called for award travel to Hawaii 331 days in advance. In past years, I was ticketed immediately into F or Y, my choice. This year, over 1 month after making the reservation, I am still waitlisted. No seats had been sold on any of the flights I wanted to travel on. Way to make a PM feel valued, Delta.
