Yes, you can, but you can't use the included Nokia notebooks if you want to send emails through your cell. You'll have to buy special notebooks and sign up with a provider that'll route your emails for you., and they charge per email. So far the only ones I know of are based in the UK or France, so shipping for the notebooks can get really expensive.

Try these sites:

www.clairefontaine-paperpc.com - Have to buy their PaperPC notebooks, currently available only in France. Or, if you read German, www.doessel-rademacher.de
www.sysnet.co.uk - Works with Black n Red notebooks, readily available.
www.magicomm.co.uk - Have to buy a special notebook.

I have both the Nokia digital pen and the Logitech io2, they work great. Only con is the rare and expensive paper..
