A friend is going on a business trip to Madrid and will be taking her husband with her.

She was asking me for input on her best airline options. Her company will pay for her ticket and she has tons of American Express points that she can put in any programs. She is looking for the best options to either upgrade their two coach tickets or pay for one business class and use miles for the other.

I mentioned Continental's current deals on Biz class to Europe and also showed her AmEx Platinum's Buy one, Get One (she would definitely qualify for platinum).
