"Most of the chaos seemed to take place outside the Delta terminal. Passengers flying on Southwest Airlines reported waits of just 30-45 minutes to get their bags checked and then make their way through security. Eleven airlines fly in and out of Salt Lake City, but only Delta has a hub. The traffic also eased up in the concourses, and some passengers reported flights only two-thirds full."
