Pretty much the only thing you get from the Citi AAdvantage Cards are (1) miles for purchases, and (2) some reduced-mileage awards. AAdvantage Elite members also have no mileage earning limit.

Outside of that, the only thing that comes to mind is that occasionally the AAdvantage E-Shopping Portal offers a promotion (such as last year's holiday promotion) that includes a bonus for use of the card.
