I've sent a few emails to CS when an FA has provided exceptional service. Here's an example of UAs response:
Dear Mr. FlyingTerp,
Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate the opportunity to respond.
Given the circumstances you describe, your complimentary comments about "UA-FA" are especially appreciated. I will make sure his manager is aware of his efforts. Thank you so much for recognizing his service to you.
We appreciate this opportunity to be of assistance and look forward to serving you.
