The Citizen Eco-Drive Skyhawk Flight Chronograph I bought recently has a single-press (albeit two button) time zone change. Press the A and B buttons simultaneously and the time zones shown on the digital and analog displays swap.

Stainless steel version on sale at eCost for $169 yesterday . . .
