Raffles, thanks for that. What a bore, and to think some people endure this for 5 or 6 cards. I can't help feeling that sometimes it's a full time hassle chasing all these things down.
I've recently had to wait three months and send 4 emails just to get 400 missing Nectar points!
Given that the BMI card gets you a one-way 'cash and miles' business class ticket to the US, Caribbean or Africa simply for buying a Mars Bar, you can't really complain
