Can someone else use Quik-Trak to buy my tickets?
I won't be anywhere near an Amtrak station until May. But to get the 250 Quik-Trak points promotion, would it be possible for someone else to pick up my ticket? Or does the machine demand a credit card that has my programmed in it?
