How to Enter:

1. During the Promotion Period go to http://www.nwa.com/fairwayflyaway/ and fill out the online entry form completely and submit the form, including entering your WorldPerks member number. You must be a WorldPerks member to enter the Promotion. If you are not already a WorldPerks member, follow the links and instructions to sign up for the WorldPerks program. Upon submission of the completed registration form, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day.
