First, there are either 1 or 2 depending on the anticipated passenger count.
Secondly, there is no need to head to the galley to tip the attendant that might be there. They all pool their tips, so giving to the attendant at the door means giving to the whole crew in the car.
As for me, I typically tip between $5 & $10, depending on the service.
