I have a question regarding the terms and conditions. It says that the individual winning the ticket is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes on the purchase.

1) Does this mean that we will get a 1098 at the end of the year and be responsible to pay the taxes on the trip?

2) Is purchase defined as the $0.50 that you pay for the ticket or is it the face value of the ticket?
